PRODUCTION TIMES:

Our Production facility is on Holiday Vacation from December 23, 2011  through January 10, 2012. We will have customer service open during normal business hours on business days from 9 AM to 4 PM to assist with any customer questions and issues

LAST DAY TO PLACE ORDERS FOR CHRISTMAS 2011 DELIVERY IS TUESDAY 12/20/2011 BY 11:59 PM EASTERN TIME. Orders placed Wednesday 12/21/2011 and after will ship on or after January 10, 2012

Our holiday elves are working 18 hour shifts to produce your personalized items and will begin their vacations when the last package has been handed off to the shipper. Get your orders in early to guarantee that you receive the items you have ordered on time.

During the holiday rush we usually rush ship personalized items.

Out of season (January  through Sept 30th we ship your custom embroidered item in about 6-8 business days from the time you place your order.   If you need your order faster please call us 1-800-761-XMAS and we can speed up the production based on your request!  Since we are exclusively Christmas shop, we tend to batch the orders and bring in the production and shipping crew fewer times per week in off season, so the folks working here could get a full day's work during those off season months, rather than working just a couple hours per day.

We are happy ship to APO and FPO destinations - make sure to choose USPS priority mail option.

We DO NOT SHIP TO LOCATIONS OUTSIDE OF USA starting with orders placed DECEMBER 6TH SINCE THE ORDER WOULD MOST LIKELY NOT REACH YOU IN TIME. WE WILL ENABLE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IN FEBRUARY AGAIN.



Orders received after December 20, 2011 11:59 PM Eastern Time will be shipped after January 10, 2012.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS and OPTIONS: We ship within the USA by priority mail on smaller packages and FEDEX Ground or Fedex Ground larger packages. Your BEST rate postage quotes generated by our shopping cart covers Priority Mail , Fedex Ground, NEXT Day, 2 Day and 3 Day Air charges, including handling/packing. USPS Express Mail is NOT RELIABLE during the holiday rush in Mid December and is not guaranteed, thus we prefer to use UPS 3 or 2 day air for Air Economy delivery and UPS Next Day Air for overnight shipments. Our prior experience makes us cautious. We want you to receive your orders in time for the Christmas holiday.

We also offer 2 day and next day air within the USA and our shopping cart will provide you with the shipping charges for whatever option you choose. Below is the FEDEX Ground transit map so you can estimate how long it will take for your Order to arrive if you choose the Best Way shipping method. This table does not include our production time, it only covers transit time:

We ship to many international destinations -- but only if your order is placed by December 7th, if you are outside US, just load your items to the cart, and the international shipping rates will display in your check out after you enter sufficient information about your shipping address destination and choose the appropriate international shipping method.

SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIMES:
Stockings and Hats Embroidery personalizing within a few business days of your order to assure timely delivery for Christmas. From December 18th through end of our selling season in December we usually ship your order the 2nd business day after you place your order - if your order placed by 7 PM Eastern Time. So orders placed on Monday Noon will ship by Wednesday or sooner to make sure your Christmas Delivery will reach you as fast as possible.

Our Custom Photo Glass Ornaments (those where you can order as little as one ornament with any photo and personalization) ship in 3-4 days from the day we receive your photos by email.

PLEASE NOTE: WE SHIP WITHIN USA, WE DO SHIP TO CANADA OR OTHER INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS OUTSIDE OF USA, INCLUDING APO AND FPO DESTINATIONS FROM FEBRUARY 1ST THROUGH DECEMBER 6TH. AFTER DECEMBER 7TH WE ONLY SHIP TO U.S. AND US APO/FPO MILITARY ZIP CODES SINCE OTHER INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS MAY NOT REACH YOU IN TIME DUE TO CHRISTMAS DELAYS IN YOUR COUNTRY CUSTOMS.

Our shopping cart will calculate shipping rates for you real time.
UPS/FEDEX Ground is the most reliable and economical method - you can count on exact delivery times and TRACK your order easily. We deliver to USA via this method.

USPS Priority Mail delivers in 3 or more business days in USA. It is not available for shipments outside of USA. The Disadvantage of USPS Priority Mail is that you really cannot track the progress of your shipment, there will be a delivery confirmation number but no tracking number. Even though USPS states delivery times are 2-3 days, during the month of December we have seen quite a number of packages taking much longer (week is not uncommon) some even being lost. Express Overnight and 2 Day Air shipping to US Destinations is also available - it will be calculated for you as you add your items to the shopping cart.

Orders received after December 21st (2 PM Eastern Time) will be shipped during the last two weeks of January.
